Degree Requirement

  • B.E. / B. Tech in IT, CS, or related engineering discipline (2025 or 2026 graduates)

Job Summary: To maintain customer data files in the ordering system

What You Will Do:

  • Developing detailed solutions to solve business problems
  • Input data into the customer data files, making changes to existing data and monitoring the accuracy of all data in files.
  • Participate the evaluation and deployment of new technologies to add or enhance existing digital technical capabilities.
  • Participating in addressing business requirements for applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meets business results

Level Working Knowledge:

  • Communicates the importance of customer needs/expectations and commits to resolving them.
  • Researches and verifies customer needs and expectations.
  • Solicits customer satisfaction feedback and acts on improvement opportunities.
  • Helps link organizational objectives to customer needs and expectations.
  • Meets regularly with customers to understand their wants, needs and expectations.

Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.

Level Basic Understanding:

  • Describes alternative data-gathering techniques and tools.
  • Documents basic data-gathering methodologies.
  • Identifies the purposes of data gathering and analysis.
  • identifies key objectives in gathering and analyzing data.

Data-driven Decision Making: Knowledge of the data-driven decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to gather and analyze data to make organizational decisions that align with strategic business objectives and goals.

  • Describes any constraints or influencing factors that effect data architecture design.
  • Lists the elements of data architecture (e.g. administrative structure, data store methodologies).

Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.

  • Follows policies, practices and standards for determining functional and informational requirements.
  • Confirms deliverables associated with requirements analysis.
